I lost my key. Can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, no. We do not sell individual keys or replacements. Please contact your local locksmith if you need assistance.
I can't remember my combination. Is there another way I can open it?
There are no special tricks to unlock a combination lock without knowing the code. Unfortunately, we cannot help. It is always a good idea to write your code down and keep it somewhere safe.
How do I change the 3-digit combination of my lock?
New locks are set to open at "000". To set your personal code OR change your code (you must know the code), follow the instructions below.
- Put the lock in the open position.
- Locate the set pin at the side of the lock.
- Using a ball point pen, push the set pin and hold.
- Turn the dials one at a time to set your new code.
- Release the set pin after your code is set.
How can I get a replacement lock/latch for my case?
Contact the manufacturer of the case for replacement parts. We do not sell individual pieces.
